The next event is on our doorstep in Cannock on July 20th, so no excuses about it being too far away. If you’ve been asked to compete for the team please make sure you’re there, this is the last match and it’s crucial that we make this our best performance yet!
A good evening of running was had by all who took part in the Shugborough relays on Wednesday June 18th, with 8 teams of 4 (adults and juniors) from the club taking part. Although the race kicked off under a shower of rain, that soon cleared up and the cooler than usual evening proved to be perfect for those running the 2 mile leg. An enjoyable evening, with the men’s A Team coming in 4th position overall (Craig Walker (09:47) Ian Grindley (10:38) Sean Morgan (10:52) Dave Evans (11:05) Total 0:42:22). The results are available here on the Stafford Harriers website. Pictures available to view on Bryan Dales website.
