The Badger Bite 2010

Sunday 3rd October

They say “If you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain” and the rain was present in buckets at a very, very wet and muddy Badger Bite on Sunday – but there was also a red, green and gold coloured rainbow.

The terrible conditions didn’t put runners off the 6K ‘challenging’ off road course with a great club turnout seeing Wolves take the prize for the most runners from a local club and some impressive individual times posted.

Particular mention goes to Dan Brazier, putting in a superb run to take third place and Tess Parkinson showing courage and determination to finish first lady despite falling half way round the treacherous route!

Well done everyone!
