Turkey Trot 2008 Results

Well done to all who took part in the Turkey Trot today. The conditions were ideal and everyone seemed to have a great run. The winners of the overall race were as follows:

MALE
1st Seb Duffy, Stroud & District, 25:45
2nd Daniel Cotterill, Tipton Harriers, 25:45
3rd Dave Evans, Wolves & Bilston, 25:49

FEMALE
1st Audrey Wilson, Wolves & Bilston, 30:31
2nd Lynn Green, unattached, 31:17
3rd Sally Evans, DASH, 33:09

The 5 mile course starts and finishes on the running track at Aldersley Stadium and is all on the road for the rest of the course. A 1 mile off road Fun Run will be held on the sports field behind Aldersley Stadium at
11.00 a.m.

Prizes will be given for The Turkey Trot to first three Men and to first three Women in overall race and also first in each age category Male 40, 50, 60. Female 35, 45, 55. First under 20 man and first under 20 woman.
