There is so much going on at the moment it’s hard to keep up, especially when the results from certain events don’t appear as quick as I would like, so it’s a case of catching up first and then trying to make sure I don’t miss anything. I apologise if anyone is not included here, it’s certainly not intentional.

It was a difficult day for Darren Owen-Jones in the Milton Keynes Marathon where a hot day put paid to any chance of a PB, Darren did well to finish in 3.55.46 in 642nd place. And on the subject of marathons, Imogen Harley, claimed a win the ladies race in the May The Fourth Be With You Marathon, over 28.5 miles (so surely qualifies as an ultra) over the trails of Carding Mill Valley. Although there are no official results as yet, unless you count last years, it was certainly a happy Star Wars Day for Imogen.
As usual there are no Triangular League results to date so that will be another one to catch up on when they appear, but that would seem to be it for this week.
