There is some catching up to do from Bank Holiday Monday before we get into the usual weekly update as Kidderminster & Stourport AC staged their KSAC Mike Lambert Open track & field meeting. Here Samantha Agomoh placed 5th in the long jump with a leap of 4.93 and also placed 4th in the 100m in 12.94.

The younger age groups may have already brought their track seasons to a close, but the Seniors were out in action at Telford for their third fixture in the MCAA T&F league in Division 3(NE). Although, almost a week on, the results have not made it onto the internet, I have managed to get hold
