Athletes from Wolverhampton & Bilston AC we back in cross country action at the weekend, this time taking part in the National Cross Country Relays in Mansfield. We had an incomplete team in the U17 ladies event with Megan White running 9.34 for the first lag and Scarlett Willoughby taking the second leg in 11.04.

We will start this week’s round up with a home game as the club hosted this years’ renewal of the Midland Counties Cross country Relays. A huge amount of work went into hosting the event in the  week leading up to the races themselves on Saturday and Adam Guy, as race director, and his team

This will be another double edition this week as last week was crazy, and I was trying to resolve a number of other issues, so this had to take a back seat. I’ll crack on now and try to catch up, I apologise if I missed anything. Let’s kick things off with the ERRA National
