We’ll start this week’s update with some indoor action at the Manchester Indoor Open Meeting at Sportcity where Aupromeyo Mukherjee clocked 7.50 over 60 metres coming first in his race. Outdoors Ashley Atkinson took part in the 9 Locks 10k, although advertised as flat, aren’t they all, this was a point-to-point race along the canal

Athletes from Wolverhampton & Bilston AC were amongst the medals at the weekend, coming away with some silverware on both the road and the country, and also the bits that are neither one for the other.
